What's On Monday Evening Badminton 6.30pm Juniors ( from age thirteen) 7.30pm Seniors Beginners welcome. Adults £2 Juniors £1 Wednesday Afternoon Yoga Classes from 1.00pm - 2.30pm Learn how to gently stretch your body to its happy limit, breathe properly and relax. Yoga helps to banish aches and pains and teaches you how to deal with stress. Suitable for all ages and abilities £5 per session. Just come along with a mat or similar to lie down on, and something warm to wear for the relaxation. As this is a relatively new club it has beginners as well as experienced players. Annual membership is £10 for an adult, £5 for a junior and £25 for a family of two adults and 3 children with a weekly fee of £1. Guest and new members are always welcome. There is no age restriction and the club has several sets of bowls for players to use.
