What’s On

Tuesday Morning

Tripudio – Gentle movements to music, that can be taken standing or seated, designed to promote healthy fluid movement in the body which will assist many health conditions and strengthen the immune system. Ideal class for post surgery rehabilitation and seniors.

 Zumba – 7.15pm to 8.15pm  £3.50 per session

Wednesday Evening 

Mey and District Bowling Club – 7.00pm.

As this is a relatively new club it has beginners as well as experienced players.  Annual membership is £10 for an adult, £5 for a junior and £25 for a family of two adults and 3 children with a weekly fee of £2.  Guest and new members are always welcome.  There is no age restriction and the club has several sets of bowls for players to use.  If you would like to join just come along on the night or contact Gill Perry on 01847 851251 or by e-mail to gillian.perry1@sky.com for more information.

Scallywags Toddlers Group – 9.30 to 11.30am

Mums, Dads, Carers and kiddies from birth upwards all welcome.

Come along and join us – first session free, then £1.50 per week.

Arts & Crafts  –  19:30 to 21.30pm

Saturday

Kuk Sool Classes  –  10.00am to 12.00am

Suitable for kids over 6 years and adults of all ages.  First 2 classes free.
